Refund policy
Cancelation
Customers may cancel their order for a full refund at any point in time up until the order is shipped, no questions asked! You can do this using the "Cancel / Edit" link in the confirmation email, or by logging in to your account on the website. If you have any issues with this, please feel free to contact us at at foxx@foxxmount.com or on Discord @foxx_mount, and we will be happy to take care of the cancelation and refund for you.
Returns
We know you'll love your Foxx Mount products, but just in case, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the similar condition that you received it, some minor scuffs to the paint or rails is acceptable.
To start a return, you can contact us at foxx@foxxmount.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The cost of return shipping label will be subtracted from the refund amount, unless the return is due to an incorrect item delivered, or a damaged item. The return labels we provide are cheaper than what you'd get at the counter at the post office, however you are more than welcome to provide your own postage if you prefer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you within 5 days once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
