Shipping in the USA

Free shipping in the USA for orders equal to or greater than $35. This excludes apparel orders, as those are fulfilled by a 3rd party distribution service.

 

International Shipping

Shipping cost for international orders is based on the lowest available rates, and then I further subtract the average US shipping cost for the equivalent package, such that all customers are treated equally. International shipments are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), thus any tax, duty, or other Custom Fees are at the buyers expense, and will be billed separately by the customers local customs agency.

 

Shipping Time

Note that the shipping time estimates listed on the checkout page do not include order fulfillment time. Depending on the complexity of your order, and the amount of backlog in the queue ahead of your order, the fulfillment time could be days or weeks in addition to the stated shipping time.

 

Undeliverable or Unclaimed Packages

Shipments that are unclaimed, or are deemed undeliverable by the carrier, are returned back to Foxx Mount HQ. When the returned shipment arrives, the buyer is eligible for a refund on the item cost of the order. Shipping fees, and any Duty or Customs Fees that were paid are non-refundable. The Buyer also has the option to attempt a second shipment, they would just be responsible for any shipping fees.
